Tom brings deep experience in strategically aligned process improvement, with a background in operations leadership, change and leading management consultancies
Laura
Laura brings a blend of experience across operations transformation and change and project management, building on an early career in executive support
Recent projects include shaping a bespoke CRM design, business wide roll out of standard operating procedures, KPIs and benefits tracking
Laura has worked across industries as varied as Law, Hospitality, Architecture/Design and Banking
Alyona
Alyona specialises in content design and the practical use of emerging AI tools.
With a background in photography, filmmaking, and operational management, she brings a practical, detail-focused approach to turning ideas into structured, usable outcomes.
